Using Out of Office Assistant
(Lite)
- In the Outlook Bar, click the "Options" icon.
- Click the "I'm currently out of the office" radio button and
type your message. ex: "I'm out of the office from Sept 1 to Sept
15."
- Select the correct time zone and click the "Save and Close"
button.
- To disable the Out of Office Assistant click the "I'm currently
in the office" radio button.
- Click the "Save and Close" button.
Using Out of Office Assistant
(OWA)
- In the Outlook Bar, click the "Shortcuts" button.
- In the Outlook Bar, click the "Options" icon.
- Click the "I'm currently out of the office" radio button and
type your message. ex: "I'm out of the office from Sept 1 to Sept
15."
- Select the correct time zone and click the "Save and Close"
button.
- To disable the Out of Office Assistant click the "I'm currently
in the office" radio button.
- Click the "Save and Close" button.
