combined into one certificate program, now known as The
Professional Development Certificate. If you have already received a Professional or Staff
Development certificate, your
certificate will remain valid; however, you will need to attend one
or more of the four new required programs listed on page 3 that
have been added to the curriculum. If you have already received a Staff Development
Certificate and are interested in pursuing the Professional
Development Certificate,you may do so by taking
the four new core programs listed below that have been added to the
Professional Development curriculum, plus six (6) additional
electives. If any of the new core programs do not apply to your
job, you may substitute electives in their place. The elective
programs should be in addition to programs that were already
applied to a previous certificate. If you have been working toward your Professional
