Management Development

This certificate is for administrators whose primary responsibility is managing a St. John’s University function and supervising staff and/or administrators. Managers must complete the University and Management Core requirements and at least six (6) elective programs to earn this certificate.  For more information, refer to the section  Required Training Target Audience and the Program Key.

If you have already received your Management Development certificate,your certificate will remain valid; however, you will need to attend the three new required programs that have been added to the curriculum. 

If you have been working toward your Management Development Certificate, please note the three new programs listed below have been addedto the curriculum and are required to achieve a management certificate.

  • Title IX: Reporting and Responding to Sexual Assault on Campus (University Core)
