Work Schedule

Fall semester 2009-morning and/or afternoon (flexible hours)

Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with Facilities Manager. Responsible for new customer friendly work order system (student will receive hands-on training), generate and assign custodial/mechanical staff work activities, input daily-requests and maintenance tasks into work order system, ensure timely follow-up and close-out of work tickets by regularly communicating with Facilities staff, Administrators and Student Life. Additional duties may be assigned by Manager to include but not limited to general facilities management duties and/or involvement with facilities activities throughout campus (i.e., special projects, event monitoring/preparation)

Skills
Good telephone manner, communication, customer service and organization skills, multi-tasked, quick learner, ability to work well alone. Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
