Duties & Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in person/via telephone to
various groups of people (students, alumnae, faculty,
representatives of other departments, etc)
Work on short and long-term projects assigned.
Assist full-time staff and administrators with daily office
Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful workplace.
Responsible, reliable, and possessing an excellent work ethic.
Basic computer literacy and comfortable being trained on
Experience with Access, Excel a plus.
Pleasant telephone manner.
