STJ Employees: Use the Internal Career Portal to Look for Jobs

The online Internal Employee Career Portal is your one-stop resource for job opportunities throughout the University. Designed exclusively for St. John’s staff, administrators and faculty, the portal identifies you as a current member of our internal community when you apply for a position.

The Portal lets you:

  • View open positions along with job descriptions and requirements
  • Automatically identify yourself as an internal applicant
  • Simplify the application process and reduce required paperwork
  • Instantly review relevant policies, career tips, organization charts, benefits information and more

Access the portal by logging into the University Information System (UIS). Click the “Employee” tab, followed by the “Employee Career Portal” link. For access via St. John’s Central, use your University e-mail address and UIS password. Click the “Employee” tab at the top of the page, followed by the “Employee Career Portal” link.

Remember: “like” us at www.facebook.com/stjemployment or “follow” us at www.twitter.com/stj_jobs, and you will know immediately when new jobs are posted. If you see a job that interests you, apply through the Employee Career Portal on UIS or St. John’s Central, so we know you are a St. John’s employee.
