Responsibilities- Process graduate inquiries and applications utilizing NOLIJ and
Banner Systems.
- Handle email and phone communication with applicants and
students.
- Review applications and supporting documentation to determine
application status.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and other
University departments.
- Timely processing of decisions and letters to students.
- Knowledge of computer software programs and banner.
Qualifications- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and
contingent upon the departmental budget.
