Responsibilities

  • Process graduate inquiries and applications utilizing NOLIJ and Banner Systems.
  • Handle email and phone communication with applicants and students.
  • Review applications and supporting documentation to determine application status.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and other University departments.
  • Timely processing of decisions and letters to students.
  • Knowledge of computer software programs and banner.

Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget.
