Responsibilities
Internal Events

  • Schedule events in Banner for internal departments.
  • Enter facility setups in Banner.
  • Produce and distribute Banner Passes.
  • Distribute weekly events calendar to internal departments.
  • Attend weekly events meeting with Facilities Services, Public safety, Student affairs, Athletics department and the School of Law.

External Events

  • Schedule external events in Banner.
  • Conduct tours for potential clients.
  • Meet with client to plan event.
  • Coordinate on-site assistance.
  • Coordinate logistical support from campus providers to include facility setups, IT requirements and food services.
  • Assist Manager of Operations.

Summer Conferences

  • Assist in scheduling meeting rooms for summer conferences.
  • Enter facility setups in Banner.
  • Produce Banner Passes and distribute to Facilities Services and Public Safety.
  • Coordinate on-site assistance.
  • Conduct tours for potential clients.
  • Assist the Manager of Conference Services.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist Executive Director in daily operations.
  • Coverage of external events on evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Actively participate in weekly Events Meeting.
  • Work evenings and weekends when necessary for summer conferences (June-August).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget.
