Job Description
Special Programs is seeking a candidate for the above position who
is eager to be a part of a collegial, student-centered
environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the Director.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and other
University departments and external personnel.
- Organize various meetings and events with external &
internal personnel.
- Assist in compilation of data for various programs.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal
skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
- At least two years office experience.
Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and
contingent upon the departmental budget.
