Job Description
Special Programs is seeking a candidate for the above position who is eager to be a part of a collegial, student-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the Director.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and other University departments and external personnel.
  • Organize various meetings and events with external & internal personnel.
  • Assist in compilation of data for various programs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • At least two years office experience.

Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget.
