Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director, Alumni Relations, this individual will assist three Assistant Directors, Alumni Relations administrators, with daily support related to event planning and implementation, as well as registration at events.  Additionally, this individual will serve as the primary coordinator of Annual Reunion Weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Assistant Directors administrators with preparation and follow-up on event implementation.
  • Serve as primary registration individual for those events.
  • Prepare and handle in-house mailings for administrators.
  • Assemble pertinent alumni information for event folders, two weeks before every event.
  • Prepare thank you letters to alumni and forward alumni data to Advancement Services for coding/tracking.
  • Support Office of Alumni Relations and Institutional Advancement division with registration/event details, when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task projects.
  • Able to be self-motivated and creative.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook/email programs; Banner experience a plus.

Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget.
