Job Summary
Reporting to the Director/ Associate Director, Alumni Relations,
this individual will assist administrators with school, constituent
and student-centered programming support.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Assistant Directors of
academic school/ constituency programming and Student Engagement
with pre and post event planning and tracking.
- Request and prepare mailing data for chapter event
invitations.
- Assist with coordinating event debrief and volunteer committee
meetings.
- Review Bronto eblast data and relay to Assistant Directors for
targeted alumni follow-up for event attendance.
- Assemble pertinent alumni information for event folders two
weeks before every event.
- Prepare thank you letters to alumni and forward alumni data to
Annual Campaigns and Advancement Services for coding/tracking.
- Serve as additional support staff back-up to Regional Chapter
and Arts & Enrichment programs, with registration and
follow-up.
- Assist Student Engagement team with FAA representation
coordination, especially with other IA departments.
- Support Office of Alumni Relations and Institutional
Advancement division with registration/event details, when
required.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task projects.
- Able to be self-motivated and creative.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and
Outlook/e-mail programs; Banner experience a plus.
Salary
Salary commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and
contingent upon the departmental budget.
