The Department is seeking applications for one tenure track
position in Roman Catholic systematic theology with a concentration
in Roman Catholic ecclesiology for the Queens campus. The
successful candidate must be able to teach a broad number of
undergraduate courses in Catholic systematic theology, possess a
terminal degree in systematic theology, have a record of
publications in refereed journals or potential for publication in
such journals, exhibit a strong interest in and concern for quality
teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels and be committed
to St. John’s mission as a Roman Catholic and Vincentian
university.

campus. The successful candidate must be able to teach a
broad number of courses in Catholic systematic theology, possess a
terminal degree in systematic theology, have a record of
publications in refereed journals or potential for publication in
such journals, exhibit a strong interest in and concern for quality
teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and be
committed to St. John’s mission as a Roman Catholic and Vincentian
university.
The Department is seeking applications for one term appointment
for the Queens campus primarily to teach our core course;
Perspectives on Christianity: a Catholic Approach. The
successful candidate must be able to teach a broad number of
undergraduate courses in Catholic systematic theology, exhibit a
strong interest in and concern for quality teaching and be
committed to St. John’s mission as a Roman Catholic and Vincentian
university.
