Department of Clinical Pharmacy Practice  (TF14-25)

The Department invites applications for one tenure track assistant professor – industry professional in the area of ambulatory care medicine to precept Doctor of Pharmacy students at an affiliated clinic.

Qualifications:

• A Pharm. D. degree, completion of an ambulatory pharmacy practice residency/fellowship training, and a New York State Pharmacy license are required.
• This position is subject to a comprehensive background screen, with employment contingent upon satisfactory results. If access to a University vehicle is required for the position, a DMV check for driving record and valid driver’s license is also required.
