The Department is seeking applications for one tenure track position.   The required qualifications include an earned doctorate in Instructional Leadership or a closely related field, and a minimum of five years experience working in K-12 settings.  The candidate should have expertise in learning, curriculum, and instruction.  Additional desired qualifications include an established research methodology, success in obtaining external funding, and experience with policy analysis and development.  Responsibilities include teaching graduate and doctoral courses, advising and mentoring graduate and doctoral students, conducting research, seeking external funding, and participating in other faculty and service activities.

Department of Human Services and Counseling

The Department is seeking applications for one tenure track position in Special Education.  The required qualifications include an earned doctorate in the field of special education, with classroom experience working with special needs populations. Responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in cross-categorical special education and inclusion teacher preparation programs, specifically in state-registered program – Teaching Children with Disabilities – and working with field-based personnel on the delivery of special education services to eligible individuals.  A record of publications, evidence of research with special needs youngsters, presentations at scholarly meetings, and grant writing ability are needed.
