Where can I find the University's Policy against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment? 
This policy can be found in the Employee Handbook for Administrators and Staff, provided to all employees, in the Student Handbook available online, in the Human Resources Policy Manual available on the St. John’s University Intranet, and through a link on the Employee Relations and Compliance page of the Human Resources Web site.

What should I do if I feel I have a complaint of Discrimination or Sexual Harassment?

What is the Employee Assistance Program?
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides employees and their dependents with free, confidential counseling and referral services for a wide range of issues.  For more information, link to the Employee Assistance Program summary or go to the Employee Development Center Web site. Contact a counselor by calling the Employee Development Center in Manhattan at (212) 935-3030 or (800) 327-9092.

How can I get in touch with a counselor from the EAP program?
Counselors are available by calling the Employee Development Center in Manhattan at (212) 935-3030 or (800) 327-9092.  EAP also provides a counselor onsite once a week on the Queens campus, but you need to call in advance for an appointment or visit the Employee Development Center’s Web site for more information.
