Today's Verdict correspondent Emily Ruiz sat down with St. John's
Law Professor and Opinio Juris co-creator Chris Borgen. They
discussed the evolution of Opinio Juris; an online blog that acts
as an international law forum that host[s] lively debates
surrounding foreign relations and more. Created in 2005 by three
international law professors [including Borgen and his St. John's
colleague Margaret (Peggy) McGuinness], Opinio Juris has grown to
include more law professors from around the world as
contributors.
