Our two major political parties are gearing up for a once-a-decade war whose winner will control Congress for the next ten years, and possibly more.

 Gerrymandering is a 2010 documentary written and directed by Jeff Reichert, that explores the process and politics of redistricting; the method by which electoral districts are modified for political purposes.  The film Gerrymandering explores the history of the practice of redistricting, examines how the process is used and abused and how the technique benefits both Democrats and Republicans.
