Re: The Offices of Human Resources and Student
Employment Are Moving
Date: Wednesday, September 26, 2012
This Friday, the University's offices of Human Resources and
Student Employment are relocating from Chiang Ching-Kuo Hall on the
Queens campus to St. Augustine Hall, second floor. The offices in
CCK Hall will close for the move at 3 p.m. on Friday,
September 28 and reopen in their new location in St.
Augustine Hall on Monday, October 1 beginning at 1
p.m.
This move will include the following
departments:
| Employee Benefits | Payroll Services and HRIS |
| Student Employment | Training and Development |
| Employee Relations and Compliance | Recruitment Services |
| HR Services | Compensation |
All phone/fax numbers and extensions will remain the same in our
new location. During our brief closure Monday morning, we will
continue to check voicemail and will return calls promptly, later
in the day. We assure you that any disruption in our service will
be minimal and we apologize for the inconvenience, however brief.
Should you require immediate assistance while we are closed for the
move, you may call (718) 990-2787 and your call will be answered
during normal business hours. We expect to be fully operational and
resume normal business hours again on Tuesday, October
2.
The move to St. Augustine Hall is a temporary relocation of the
Office of Human Resources, which will ultimately result in a
permanent move into the University Center some time in mid to late
January 2013. Please know that we are committed to
providing you with excellent service throughout this period.
