A Decade of Remembrance

The 9/11 Victims Memorial Quilt exhibit is presented by the
United in Memory, Where to Turn
and Joseph Maffeo Foundations; hosted by the
Office of Community Relations, St. John's
University.
This global undertaking of more than 2,000 volunteersin 18
countries is a 16,000 sq. ft. quilt, consisting of 142, 10.5 foot
square panels. Each square panels contains 25 individual blocks
totaling 3,550 units, representing every victim in the World Trade
Center buildings, at the Pentagon and on the ill-fated planes of
American and United Airlines that day.
The exhibit is free and open to the public.

Monday, September 12, 9 a.m. - 12 Noon
