The Law School's Moot Court Honor
Society is pleased to present the:
2013 Rev. Joseph T. Tinnelly Competition
Attention Rising 2Ls and 3L Evening Students
To be considered for membership on the Moot Court Honor Society,
all eligible students must compete in the Rev. Joseph T.
Tinnelly Competition, which has both written and oral
advocacy components. The writing component consists of a
closed-universe appellate brief, which will be distributed and
submitted electronically. Students selected to advance in the
competition then give oral arguments on the legal issue.
Problem Release: May 28, 2013
Brief Due Date: June 10, 2013
Oral Argument Dates: June 22-23
