This one-day workshop is essential training for managers at St.

you can maximize the PFP instrument to yield the greatest benefit
for you and your staff.

Performance (PFP), including Objective Setting, STJ Values and
Competencies, Development Planning, mid-Cycle Check-In,
Self-Assessment and the year-end performance evaluation
• Practice conducting a performance appraisal discussion and
receive feedback from your peers
