Guest Speaker: Emily Cruvant

Emily Cruvant currently serves as Research Manager at Time Inc., where she manages primary research for People Magazine and People.com.  As part of the Consumer Research & Insights department, Ms. Cruvant uses different research methodologies to better understand how People consumers interact with the print magazine, website, mobile website, and iPad applications.  These insights aid the senior editorial staff and consumer marketing division in decisions regarding editorial content and promotion across the various properties.  

Prior to working at Time Inc., Ms. Cruvant was Research Manager at GfK, one of the leading market research companies in the world.  Ms. Cruvant conducted custom research projects on behalf of clients including The Partnership for a Drug Free America, Oxygen Network, and AARP. Ms. Cruvant holds a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) from Washington University in St. Louis and a MS in Marketing from Baruch College.
