This Founder’s Week, we celebrate the legacy and destiny of our
Vincentian tradition. The Founder of the Congregation of the
Mission, St. Vincent de Paul (1581-1660) died 350 years ago this
year, but the organizations and institutions he established perdure
into the 21st century. May this celebration deepen our appreciation
as a Vincentian and Catholic University of the legacy and sharpen
the vision of our destiny.
