In this highly interactive and practical workshop, Mr. McGee
will explore his main SUMO (Shut Up, Move On) principles and how
they impact our ability to inspire others. His principles relate to
any leader whose organization would benefit from taking a fresh
look at the following five key areas; Change, Relationships,
Attitude, Motivation and Stress. Building on his background in
behavioral and social psychology, he will give us time to reflect
upon our behavior and that of others and identify what hinders our
effectiveness.

Studies:
St. John’s has a membership with the Institute for Management
Studies (IMS). This means that you will now have easy access to a
variety of management and professional development topics beyond
our standard curriculum. As an added benefit, we will give one
complimentary seat for each NYC session, on a first come, first
served basis (note: one complimentary seat per person, per year.)
See enrollment policy below.
Enrollment Policy Note:
There is a cost associated with IMS programs. Please ensure your
full commitment to attend before enrolling in an IMS program,
including your supervisor’s approval and coverage in your absence.
IMS retains a minimal number of seats for St. John's University
participants, and it is important that anyone who enrolls is
committed to attending as there is significant cost to the
University for last-minute cancellations.
