Housing

Our graduate students live off campus, most within a bus ride or a short walk from the graduate center. An administrator will assist students in finding housing. During Orientation Week, a housing search day is organized to assist students in arranging accommodations for the upcoming academic year.

In order to arrange for housing prior to starting the program, you should contact the Rome campus and provide them with information such as your preferred living arrangements.

The average cost for monthly rent can range from Studios $800 - $1,000 US dollars to Multiple Bedroom apartments with multiple roommates $700 - $800 US dollars. When renting an apartment in Rome, you can also expect to incur other monthly expenses such as: electricity, heating, telephone and condiminium fees.

Students should expect to budget about $1,500 US dollars in total monthly living expenses.
