Application Checklist

  • Submit completed online Application.
  • Statement of professional goals: signed and dated.
  • All original transcripts: in sealed envelopes with date of conferral, with certified English translations if applicable.
  • Two letters of recommendation: signed and sealed in envelopes.
  • $70 application fee for MA; $50 application fee for MBA: paid online or by check payable to St. John's University.
  • For M.B.A. Candidates - Official GMAT exam results: must be sent to STJ Rome Code JHQ-VQ-11 .
  • For Non-English Native Speakers - Official TOEFL/IELTS exam results: must be sent to STJ Rome Code 0132.
  • Please review this list of TOEFL-exempt countries. 
  • Provide Resume or CV along with applicationa materials for M.B.A

Admission Process
Applicants for admission to the Rome programs must submit a completed application form including all application materials.

Those applications missing components (including official results from the GMAT and TOEFL exams) will NOT be processed until all application materials are received.

Admission Deadline
Applications for admission to the Rome Campus are accepted throughout the academic year. Applicants may apply to start the fall, spring or summer semesters.

Spring Semester: October 15
