Events Calendar Submission Guidelines

To promote your event on the Events Calendar, please contact your area's Calendar Manager with the following information about the event:

• Event Title
• Date
• Time (Start & End)
• Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
• Description
• Event Pass Number (If applicable)
• Building & Room
• Event Restrictions
• If an RSVP form is required, please contact Cindy Grossman at grossmac@stjohns.edu for more information.
• Cost of Attendance

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have a series of events, you MUST submit each event within the series separately to your Web Manager or your STJ School Webmaster!
