Graduate Assistantships

The Division of Student Affairs offers exciting Graduate Assistant opportunities for highly qualified, ambitious and motivated graduate students in many of the departments throughout the Division. Graduate Assistantships offer tuition remission and a stipend as part of the compensation package depending on the position.

Please note that there are a limited number of Graduate Assistantships available.

If you are interested in a Graduate Assistantship position within Student Affairs, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Complete this Application Form 
  2. Include Statement of Interest (part of application form)
  3. Include current resume

All application materials must be submitted electronically to StudentAffairsGA@stjohns.edu.

Upon submission of the application, interested departments will contact you to schedule an interview to begin the selection process.  

Please note that for an offer to be made by a department, proof of acceptance into a matriculated graduate program must be provided by the applicant after the interview process has been completed.
