University gives an evacuation order?

protocol?
The University has deemed it critical that faculty, administrators
and staff receive training aimed at ensuring their safety and the
safety of other members of our University community. For this
purpose, your attendance is required at the following
Emergency Readiness programs (click on the
employee group that applies to you):
Faculty
members
Managers
(defined as administrators who supervise other administrators or
staff)
Non-supervising
administrators and staff members
