Housing

Our graduate students live both on and off campus. In your acceptance email you will be communicated who to contact in Rome if you are interested in on campus housing. The Rome Campus offers accommodation in singles, doubles and triples, for one semester or the whole year, on its top two floors of its facility located in Prati. Classrooms, lounges, computer lab, library, offices and a spacious courtyard are located on the first and second floors.
Each room has wireless, air conditioning and for each student there is a single bed, dresser, desk and chair. Refrigerators and microwaves are available in common rooms on each floor as well as 24 hour security.

If you are looking for off campus arrangements, the average cost for monthly rent can range from Studios $800 - $1,000 to Multiple Bedroom apartments with multiple roommates $700 - $800. When renting an apartment in Rome, you can also expect to incur other monthly expenses such as: electricity, heating, telephone and condominium fees. Students should expect to budget about $1,500 in total monthly living expenses. The Rome Campus does not own off campus housing or rents on behalf of students.
