Students interested in housing for the Spring 2011 semester must submit $300 enrollment confirmation deposit and a $400 housing deposit.

Queens Campus
The 105-acre Queens campus features both residence halls and university-owned apartments close to campus. These facilities offer modern and convenient on-site amenities.

Staten Island Campus
St. John’s Staten Island campus offers low-cost, garden-style apartments that allow you to reap the rewards of college life while enhancing your potential for academic success.

Manhattan Campus
St. John’s award-winning, ten-story "campus" in lower Manhattan is close to Wall Street, Battery Park City, the financial district and trendy TriBeCa.
