Women In Leadership Certificate Program

The Women in Leadership Certificate Program was established in June 2006.  This program prepares students to understand women's issues and learn about many influential women in our Community. Through a network of faculty members and mentors, both on and off campus, students are encouraged to learn to lead with integrity through participation in a series of workshops that focus on academics, community service, spiritual development, and personal enhancement of women. This program is designed to build leadership skills by providing workshops, seminars and training in critical areas of leadership development. This program is open to all undergraduate students. All Women In Leadership workshops, programs, and certificates are officially documents on your University Co-Curricular Transcript.

The Women In Leadership Program is composed of three tracks. Each track requires participants to attend specific workshops, programs, community service events, and the Women In Leadership Conference.  Students who join the Women In Leadership Program must begin with Track 1.
