TRACK 2 ~ EXPERIENCE PROGRAM
Experience leadership in a specialized way!! This track allows students to experience leadership through a specific area they are interested in. They can choose any of the following Leadership Certificate Programs: Empower, Professional Development, Women In Leadership Track 1, or Servant Leadership. 


Empower Leadership Certificate
This certificate empowers you to design it to be whatever you want it to be.  This “create-your-own” Certificate allows you to participate in a variety of workshops and experiences that will facilitate your leadership development in a creative and unique way!

CORE REQUIREMENTS

•    7 Habits of Highly Effective Leaders
•    Presentation Skills
•    Leader Network Night
•    Self-Reflection Project: highlighting what you have learned about leadership and yourself through this certificate.

ELECTIVES

•    Choose any 3 leadership workshops that you are interested in from the Leadership Development Calendar.


Professional Development Leadership Certificate
This Certificate Program provides training to help students develop and apply professional development skills that will contribute to their success in their personal and professional life.

Women In Leadership Program – Track 1 Certificate
In leadership, understanding “why” is as important as knowing “how.”  Track I focuses on establishing students’ perspectives on women leadership. Workshops are provided to strengthen students’ knowledge of cognitive conception of modern women leadership and to exercise their critical thinking skills.
