Empowering inner strengths and
enhancing life skills through mentoring
Mission

mission of Project A.I.M. aims to assist Asian and
International Students with their college transition; and to
provide them with a social and an educational environment outside
of the classroom where students can enhance English-speaking

John’s University and assimilate to the University
community.

• Community Services: Throughout
the academic year, mentors and mentees will together conduct
various community services that provide mentors and mentees an
opportunity not only to experience the Vincentian Tradition of
serving the poor and giving back to the society, but also it
strengthens additional bonding within the group.
• Roundtable Discussion: An Asian
Student Roundtable Discussion is held each month to provide Asian
students to congregate and address issues and concerns that affect
their learning journey and campus life at St. John’s.
An International Student Roundtable Discussion is held in the
beginning of each semester to provide all international students an
opportunity to address their concerns and needs in order to help
them improve the quality of their learning at St. John’s and life
in the U.S.
