Dean of Students

The Dean of Students is responsible for working with the members of the department to provide services and programs that enable and encourage students to achieve success in their intellectual and personal development at St. John's University and beyond.

It is the philosophy of the Dean of Students to promote growth by holding students accountable for their actions and by assisting them in developing problem-solving skills. The Dean and other administrators of the department bestow support by assisting students with whatever needs they may have, either directly of by personal referral.

The Dean serves as the primary link between students, faculty, and the administration of the University, encouraging students participation in campus life and advocating for needs that are valued by students and validated by the mission and core values of St. John's University.
