Phi Eta Sigma is a National Honor society that encourages and rewards academic excellence among first year students in institutions of higher learning.

Organization's Mission
To encourage and recognize high scholastic achievement among members of the freshman class at St. John’s University. This organization also seeks to foster an academic environment that will encourage its upperclassmen to maintain high standards of scholarship. Through various initiatives and programming, this organization seeks to actively engage its members in enhancing the St. John’s University community.

Membership Qualifications
Full time undergraduate student with a minimum 3.7 GPA
