Student Organization Mailboxes

One major benefit of registering your student organization with the Office of Campus Activities and Student Government, Inc., each year is a FREE mailbox for your organization.  Mailboxes are located in Campus Activities Office - Room 50 in the University Center. 

This mailbox offers organizations the opportunity to receive on and off campus mail, related to their organization, and can be accessed during the regular business hours which are Mondays thru Thursdays 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

To register your organization for a mailbox:

  • Your organization must be registerd under Student Government, Inc.
  • Contact Campus Activities for an application at (718) 990-5400
  • Obtain the signature of your Student Life Liaison to verify your active status on campus
  • Return the completed application to the Campus Activities Office.
