The St. John’s University Campus Concierge serves as an
all-inclusive information center for St. John’s students and the
university community. Campus Concierge provides information about
upcoming programming with regards to the various offices and
departments on the Queens campus. Campus Concierge serves as a
central location, allowing students the opportunity to purchase
tickets for upcoming events, services, and activities, as well as
providing communication and knowledge about all events and services
on campus. Lastly, Campus Concierge functions as an advertising
outlet, by posting flyers and promotions around campus for student
organizations and campus departments.

Campus Concierge is staffed by students who have excellent
interpersonal communication skills. Student staff members are
trained to understand the value of customer service and
satisfactory results. The student staff members are very
knowledgeable of the St. John’s community and provide that
knowledge to the best of their ability. The staff members are
respectful, courteous, and professional to all individuals they
come into contact with.
