Housing Selection Application and Agreement
Students who paid the $500 deposit for Housing Selection (by 3 p.m. on Feb 8th) and passed the GPA/student conduct history review will receive an email to their STJ email account on Thursday, February 21, 2013. The email will contain a link to the online housing selection application and information on how to complete the form. The application must be submitted electronically to the Office of Residence Life by 4:00 p.m. EST on Monday, March 11, 2013 in order to be eligible to continue onto the next step. If you do not receive the Housing Selection Application link via e-mail by close of business Thursday, February 21, 2013 please come into the Office of Residence Life located in Donovan C-16 to inquire about your eligibility status to obtain the link. Please ensure you complete the application in its entirety and agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Failure to complete the application properly will result in a disqualification from the remaining process and can negatively impact roommates moving forward. Everyone listed as roommates/suitemates/apartment mates must have met all of the criteria to be eligible for the Housing Selection Process (deposit paid, passed GPA/student conduct review, application completed and Housing Agreement accepted online) and received a confirmation email from Residence Life as proof of eligibility. Please pay attention to the housing types being offered as you request your roommate(s)/suitemates/apartment-mates. When completing the online application you are also responsible for reviewing the housing agreement terms and conditions in addition to OFFICIALLY ACCEPTING the terms and conditions of the 2013-2014 housing agreement.
