Residence Directors (RDs) are full-time professionals who live
in and are responsible for overseeing one residence
hall. The RDs are also responsible for the implementation of
policies and procedures; supervising the facilitation of residence
hall programming; advising hall council; serving as the primary
judicial hearing officer for their building; directing the overall
management, operation and administration of the building; and
performing on-duty responsibilities.

Hello. My name is Erica Tebbetts and I am the Hollis Hall
Residence Director. I am originally from Boston, MA, and I have
spent the past two years working at the University at Buffalo. I am
very excited to now be a member of the STJ community. In my free
time I enjoy playing tennis, supporting my favorite athletic teams,
and shopping. I hope I can help make you and your family’s
experience at STJ a memorable one.
