Residence Directors (RDs) are full-time professionals who live
in and are responsible for overseeing one residence
hall. The RDs are also responsible for the implementation of
policies and procedures; supervising the facilitation of residence
hall programming; advising hall council; serving as the primary
judicial hearing officer for their building; directing the overall
management, operation and administration of the building; and
performing on-duty responsibilities.

My name is Erin Spencer and I am the Residence Director of
Century Hall. Before working at St. John’s University, I
worked at Central Washington University as a Residence Hall
Coordinator. I lived in Washington for three years after I
graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Public
Relations. I am a Michigan native who enjoys reading,
running, and playing tennis. As a member of Kiwanis
International, I also enjoy volunteering with members of the
Kiwanis family. I am excited to work with the terrific staff
and students at St John’s. If you have any questions about
