Services to conveniently reserve a space.
- Fill out Event Reservation
form and get it signed by the Student Organization's advisor.
For additional A/V equipment, a Classroom
Support form must be completed and
faxed by the Student Organization's advisor.

at least three weeks prior to the
To cancel event, notify the Student Organization's
advisor immediately and submit an Event
Change/Cancelation form to Fran Goldberg. Omission of this
procedure will result in $100 fee charged to the Student
- All forms must be completed by the current member of the
Student Organization and signed by the Student Organization's
- The Student Organization must be active and registered under
the Office of Campus Activities.
- Events must be related to the registered Student Organization
making the request.
- A member of the sponsoring organization must be present for the
duration of the event.
- The Student Organization is responsible for applicable charges
and fees, such as damages to the venue or equipment.
