How to Make an Appointment with the University Learning Commons.
We are pleased to offer you the ability to schedule appointments with tutors online.
To get started:
You must create an account. Go to
www.ulc.mywconline.com
On the left hand side of the page where it says “First Visit?” click “Chick Here” to register.
You will be asked to create an account. It is important to fill out the form completely. We strongly suggest that you provide a cell phone number so that we can contact you if we need to reschedule your appointment. An email address is required for you to receive a confirmation email that your account is active (use your Stjohn’s email account). Click “Register.” Make a note of your password, as you will need it each time to access the system to make appointments.
To Make an Appointment
At the main page enter your email address and password and click “Log In.”This page display begins with the current day of the week and the tutors who are scheduled to work. Scroll down to find the remainder of the week.
Please Note: Before making an appointment, you must choose a subject. To search for a tutor by subject, locate the "Limit To" box at the top, middle of the page. Click the down arrow, and choose the subject.
A list of tutors and their times is displayed. Find the time and click the white box. (Note: the white boxes indicate open times).
A form opens up in a new page. Fill out the form completely. Click “Save Appointment.”
Congratulations! You are done. Check your e-mail; you will receive a confirmation email confirming your appointment day and time.
What does a midterm grade of "ABF" mean?
ABF - Absent/Failure
Additional Marks and Notations
UW - Unofficial Withdrawal
AU - Audit
P - Passing
X - Failure, No Penalty
WD - Withdrawal
ABX - Absent/No Penalty
