Clinical pharmacology is to study the relationship between drug
exposure and its effects in humans. In the lecture, Dr. Ahn will
discuss the importance of clinical pharmacology in drug development
and regulation, highlight the pivotal roles played by Office of
Clinical Pharmacology (OCP) in supporting the mission of the Food
and Drug Administration (FDA), and introduce scientific initiatives
at OCP and collaborative opportunities between OCP and St. John’s
University.
