Campus Rec offers a range of programs – from traditional competitive intramurals to structured club sport programs – each designed to the meet the diverse needs of our campus community.
In addition to enjoying the obvious benefits of physical fitness, participants are given the chance to learn new skills, improve their current abilities, and expand their circle of friends in an environment that encourages sportsmanship and fair play.
Those participating in the activities offered by this office are not required to have a high level of skill. Therefore, all eligible students, staff and faculty members are urged to take part in as many of these programs as possible.
