Youth Health Empowerment Research Team (y-HEART lab)

Project Summary:
y-HEART is committed to recruiting individuals who are genuinely interested in our projects and have a passion for serving the community through health in action. y-HEART provides hands on opportunities for students to increase their knowledge of psychological theories, mixed method research models and health education. We also provide additional support to promote student professional and academic development.

Qualifications:
We would like to invite college students (sophomores and juniors) and graduate students (master's and doctoral level) who are able commit at least two semesters on the project (6-8 hours per week).

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities depend on experience and project assigned. Examples include literature search, writing literature reviews, inputting data, coding qualitative data, assisting with data collection at community agencies.
