Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training for Faculty - scheduled for November 16, 2017
At the end of this session, faculty members will be able to:
1. Understand the scope and range of various types of harassment and discrimination;
2. Identify potentially unlawful, inappropriate and appropriate behaviors under the discrimination laws and St. John’s policies;
3. Understand that faculty members are responsible for setting a good example with their own behavior and are required to respond in a timely and appropriate manner when concerns arise; and
4. Recognize how individuals, departments and the university can be damaged by sexual harassment and discrimination.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
