Quality Service Module I: Adapting to Change and Avoiding the Campus Runaround - scheduled for October 26, 2017

Quality Service Module I serves as an introduction to Quality Service at St. John’s and is the prerequisite for Module II.   Participants will learn how St. John’s defines Quality Service, the connection between service outcomes and processes, the elements of exemplary service, the importance of the use of positive language in all customer service exchanges, and the need to work across departmental lines to avoid the campus run around. 

The workshop will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017, from 8:45am to 12:00pm.
