EAP Workshop: Relaxation and Light Yoga
Learning how to relax at home and at work is crucial to managing our daily lives. Staff, administrators, and faculty are invited to join certified yoga instructor Shannon Sodano for an interactive session where participants can practice deep breathing, light yoga, and gentle stretching. Please dress comfortably. Light refreshments will be provided.

To register, log in to St. John's Central and navigate to the UIS tab. Select “Click Here to Access” under the UIS Main Menu section and then choose “Employee.” Relaxation and yoga will be listed under the “HR Employee Training” heading.
