This is a combined and very special thank you reception for the
members of the Loughlin Society and an acknowledgement of our
Golden Anniversary alumni. The Loughlin Society is a premier
group of donors whose support allows the University to provide
every student with a superior education in the Vincentian
tradition. Our 50th Anniversary alumni comprise the
Class of 1958, and they will receive a gold medal from St. John’s
University President Rev. Donald. J. Harrington, C.M. All
participants will have an opportunity to chat with Fr. Harrington
within this wonderful setting.

The Gala Dinner Dance is the traditional highlight of Reunion
Celebration Weekend. Guests entering the spectacularly
transformed Taffner Field House can anticipate an evening of great
food, great music and an opportunity to go back in time with the
very people who were such an important part of everyone’s student
days. St. John’s University President Rev. Donald J.
Harrington, C.M. will host this spectacular event and address the
many past successes and future initiatives of our beloved
University.

25th and 40th Anniversary Year Medal Pick-Up
Taffner Field House
Anniversary years are special, and members of the Classes of 1983
and 1968 may pick up their individual Anniversary Year medals as
they enter Taffner Field House. Wear this unique symbol for
the rest of the evening and then keep it protected for safekeeping,
your medal will forever serve as a reminder of the unique milestone
that you have achieved since graduating from St. John’s
University.
